BY COMMISSIONING ME, IT MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING:(A more in depth document will be attached to all invoices)✧ All payments will be in CAD currency✧ There will be no refund eligible through the customer side with the exception that Aivysu fails to communicate and/or give reasonable updates over several months from payment Aivysu has the right to refund the commission for any reason✧ All standard commissioned artwork have personal & monetized usage. Client may purchase commercial usage rights at any time✧ NFT creation and AI training with any commissioned art is NOT allowed✧ Please state if Client requires the commission done by a specific time (a rush fee may be required for short notice)✧ Please state if the artwork should not be shown to the public (additional costs may apply, with the exception of VTubing purposes)✧ Commissions are only started after confirmed payment, you’ll receive a simple sketch if applicable and at that time you can make major changes✧ Typical turnarounds will be 4~6 weeks on average, any changes will be Aivysu’s responsibility to contact the Client, if there are any concerns or questions it should be discussed prior to payment✧ Client must have the invoice paid in full prior to the date of delivery unless explicitly discussed and mutually agreed upon✧ Personal and Monetized usage include but are not limited to: Profile pictures, avatars, wallpapers, personal websites, emote and sub-badges, usage under monetized content and platforms (such as Twitch, Youtube), etc. Please contact Aivysu if there are any questions or concerns about the usage limitations for individual commissions✧ Commercial usage include but are not limited to: reproduction of commissioned artwork/content for profit, direct distribution of asset(s) for profit, merch, sales of the artwork in digital or physical
formats, etc✧ Prices are subject to change without notice, the invoice will have the costs listed for current
